A coder's value is judgement. Code look-up tools and AI can suggest codes; they cannot take responsibility for whether a code is supported by the record. We train people to read documentation critically, apply the guideline that governs it, and explain their decision to an auditor. That is what employers pay for, and it is what keeps a career safe as technology changes.
